This Refreshing Pina Colada Spritzer is a lighter cream free version of the classic pina colada recipe. This low calorie cocktail is made with only 4 ingredients: pineapple juice, sparkling water, lime juice and coconut rum for the ultimate summer sip.Â

Single Serve:Â
- 2 ounce RumHaven Coconut Rum
- 4 ounce Pineapple Juice
- 4 ounce Sparkling Water (like topo chico)
- squeeze of Lime Juice
Pitcher Version:
- 1 1/2 cups coconut rum
- 2 cups pineapple juice
- 2 cups topo chico
- 4 tablespoons fresh lime juice
Instructions
Single Serve:
- To a cocktail shaker add ice, coconut rum, pineapple juice and lime juice. Shake vigorously. Pour through strainer into a glass filled with ice. Top with sparkling water.
- Garnish with lime wedges and pineapple slice.
Pitcher Version:
- To a large pitcher add coconut rum, pineapple juice and lime juice. Give it a good stir to mix everything together.
- Top with topo chico or sparkling water right before serving.
- Serve over ice. Garnish with pineapple slice or lime wedge.
