4 Ingredient Decadent Chocolate Truffles, an easy to make dessert that’s rich, delicious and the perfect chocolate kick you need this holiday season! Who needs Godiva, make your own truffles!

Ok, true confession. I just bought my first Christmas present of the year … last night! Normally I have a game plan, presents bought, and things done. But not this year. This year I’m taking my time and embracing the chaos! 🙂

I got a little concerned when I went to the mall the other day and saw the absurd about of people. But you know what. I took a deep breathe and used my secret weapon to calm down from full on panic mode.

Want to know what it is?

C H O C O L A T E!!!!

There is just something about chocolate that removes me from this earthly world and brings me to a place where nothing matters except that creamy chocolate!

So when anxiety sets in, eat chocolate … always!

Especially rich, over the top delicious, fudgy, dark chocolate!

And while we’re at it, let’s just roll all that chocolate up into a ball.

The process of making 4 Ingredient Decadent Healthy Chocolate Truffles

Who needs Godiva when you can make your own truffles!

You’ll need 4 ingredients for these Truffles! Yup, that’s it, just 4!

A good chocolate that’s at least 60% cocoa (I like to use Ghiradelli), full fat coconut milk, vanilla extract, and cinnamon!  Melt all that down, mix it up, let it harden, scoop it out and devour!

The coconut milk in these Decadent Chocolate Truffles totally takes them over the top and makes them extra creamy, chocolate-y and all things heavenly!

Pretty sure you need to leave these bad boys out for Santa this year, he may bring you EXTRA presents once he tries a few of these. That is, if there are any left after you try them!

The one thing I will say about these truffles is, be prepared for chocolate hands! I don’t have a cookie scoop at home, so I ended up using a tablespoon to scoop the balls out. But they weren’t “pretty” looking balls so I tried to roll them to look more appealing (after all I have to take photos of them and no one wants an oval truffle). During my rolling process the chocolate melted in my hand which left me covered in chocolate.

I guess that’s not a bad thing.

But I just wanted to give you a heads up. If you have a cookie scoop USE it, I know after making these I am going out to buy a cookie scoop! 🙂

So, to recap.

Chocolate is delicious. Chocolate removes anxiety. Chocolate brings you to your happy place.

Truffles made with coconut milk are rich, decadent, and over the top delicious!

Save some of these Decadent Chocolate Truffles for Santa so you get extra presents.

Hint: to make these even more decadent roll each truffle in a topping of your choice. I decided to roll mine in cocoa powder, toasted hazelnuts, and unsweetened coconut flakes. (the hazelnuts and cocoa powder were my favorite)

All in all this are a must make this holiday season!

Bon Appetite my friends! I cannot wait to hear what you think of these!

P.S. These chocolate truffles would make a gorgeous gift to friends and family. Just saying.

Oh my gosh, these look amazing. I’m loving the ones rolled in toasted coconut…and I’m totally going to need to make myself a batch since I haven’t even started my holiday shopping yet. Sigh.

  8. Hi Krista! I’m hoping to make these for a potluck this weekend; they look delicious! For the coconut milk, did you mean the full fat canned coconut milk? Or the more watery kind, where I can sub with almond milk?
