Helping Hubbie: Grilled Garlic Basil Shrimp

Grilled Garlic Basil Shrimp #getgrillin #shrimp #helping hubbie recipe

Last summer, my husband loved it when I made shrimp on the grill. In fact, some nights thats all we would have to eat. It is one of the easiest meals to make. All you have to do is slap a marinade on those puppies, throw them on the grill and viola.. dinner! So I thought, well, if it’s that easy to make then Mike can do it! hehe… {happy smile}

So this weeks Helping Hubbie post is Grilled Garlic Basil Shrimp. The marinade to this shrimp is awesome! It has all kinds of yummy flavors; like white wine, garlic, red pepper flakes, and basil. I usually serve these with fresh lemon slices and homemade cocktail sauce because we like ours with lots of horseradish. Plus it’s so easy to make, ketchup and horseradish. {it’s not rocket science folks}

You and your hubbie will be so impressed that he made such an awesome meal! 🙂

To get started, rinse 2 lbs. of raw shrimp {be sure it is deveined and the shell is off} and place in a large bowl.
