When it comes to a chest & tricep workout, these are the exercises that I have found to be most beneficial. I’d recommend 10-12 reps in each set & performing 3 sets of each exercise. Rest 1 minute between rounds.

Plank Bear Shoulder Taps 15 Reps per Side
