Make the peanut sauce
Preheat the oven. Place the naan on the baking sheet. Whisk all of the ingredients for the peanut sauce in a small bowl until smooth.
Assemble the pizza
Divide the peanut sauce between both naans. Add mozzarella, chicken, cilantro, carrots, and green onions to each pizza.
Bake and Enjoy!
