Description
A sweet apple cinnamon crisp is alternated with vanilla greek yogurt and homemade almond vanilla granola to make the ultimate Apple Crisp Parfait! You have to try it!

- 3 granny smith apples, diced {peeled & cored}
- 2 tablespoons of butter
- 2 tablespoons of brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon of cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon of salt
- Homemade Almond Vanilla Granola
- 32 oz. Chobani Greek Vanilla Yogurt
Instructions
- Make your Homemade Almond Vanilla Granola for the topping. Set aside.
- In a medium sized saute pan over medium heat, add butter and diced apples. Saute for 1 minute.
- Next, add brown sugar, cinnamon, and salt. Stir to combine and saute for 8-10 minutes until apples are soft. Remove from stove and set aside to cool.
- In an 8 oz. glass, add 2 Tablespoons of Greek vanilla yogurt, 2 Tablespoons of apple cinnamon mixture, 2 Tablespoon of Almond Vanilla Granola and repeat once. 🙂
- Serve!
