Description

These quick and easy Asparagus Rollups are made with a tasty balsamic reduction drizzle for the ultimate appetizer recipe. They’re crunchy, savory, healthy and delicious!


Ingredients

  • 2 packages of Pillsbury Crescent Rolls
  • 32 asparagus spears, washed and prepped
  • Balsamic Reduction — Click link for recipe

Instructions

  1. Pre-make the Balsamic Reduction and refrigerate.
  2. Preheat oven to 375º.
  3. Wash and cut wooden bottom off 32 asparagus spears {last 2″ of asparagus} .
  4. Remove Pillsbury Crescent Rolls from cans and lay out in long rectangle. Separate each perforated roll, there should be 8 in each can. Put 2 asparagus spears each roll and roll up the crescent roll like you normally would.
  5. Place each roll on baking pan and bake for 13 minutes, or until crescent rolls are lightly browned.
  6. Remove from oven and let cool slightly. Serve warm and with a drizzle of balsamic reduction on top. {or plain if you desire}
