- 6 tomatillos, husked removed
- 1/4 cup chopped sweet onion
- 3/4 cup fresh cilantro
- 1 garlic clove
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 1 jalapeno
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 large avocado
Instructions
- To a food processor, add tomatillos, sweet onion, fresh cilantro, garlic clove, lime juice, jalapeno. ground cumin, and salt. Blend until smooth and starts to look like salsa.
- Next add in one avocado. Pulse the blender 5-6 times to blend all the ingredients together and avocado is slightly chunky.
- Serve!
