- 1/2 cup almond milk (use chocolate almond milk to make it extra chocolatey)
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 tablespoon ground espresso powder
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon almond butter
- 4 oz. vanilla two good yogurt
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder (or chocolate)
- 1/2 cup ice cubes
