Description

Made with creamy peanut butter, cocoa powder, and just a few other ingredients, these Chocolate Peanut Butter Overnight Oats are a quick, healthy, and easy breakfast with virtually no prep required. Just combine the ingredients and chill overnight. Perfect for busy mornings!


Ingredients

  • 1/2 banana, mashed
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 2 tablespoons peanut butter
  • 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
  • 2 teaspoons chia seeds
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup + 2 tablespoons of unsweetened almond milk

Instructions

  1. To a mason jar, add all ingredients. Stir until combined and cover.
  2. Let sit overnight in the refrigerator.
  3. Serve cold or slightly warm in the microwave.
