Crispy Garlic Parmesan Air Fryer Brussel Sprouts – these bad boys are done in 12 minutes and loaded with garlic cheesy flavor all packed into a caramelized sprout package. Making Brussel Sprouts in the Air Fryer is going to be your new favorite side dish!

- 1 lb. brussel sprouts, halved and trimmed
- 1 1/2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 cup shredded parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Heat an air fryer to 400ºF.
- Add trimmed brussel sprouts to a medium bowl, with olive oil, garlic powder, salt and pepper. Toss to coat.
- Add the Brussels sprouts to the air fryer and shake so they are in a single layer. Air fry for 6 minutes.
- Remove basket, shake the brussels sprouts to move them around and then shake them back into a single layer.
- Top with parmesan cheese. Air fry an additional 6 minutes.
- Remove sprouts from the air fryer and serve.
