Description

These garlic ranch potatoes are an easy baked side that’ll make everyone happy with their crispy exterior and buttery center.


Ingredients

  • 1.5 lbs. of baby yukon potatoes, sliced in half
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 oz. packet ranch dressing seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • Garnish: chopped parsley or chives

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
  2. Add all the ingredients into a large bowl. Toss everything together so the potatoes are completely coated.
  3. Line a 13″x9″ baking sheet with parchment paper. Evenly spread the potatoes out on a baking sheet.
  4. Bake for 35-40 minutes or until golden brown, flipping halfway through.
  5. Remove from oven, garnish with chopped parsley or chives and serve.
