These garlic ranch potatoes are an easy baked side that’ll make everyone happy with their crispy exterior and buttery center.

- 1.5 lbs. of baby yukon potatoes, sliced in half
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 oz. packet ranch dressing seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- Garnish: chopped parsley or chives
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F.
- Add all the ingredients into a large bowl. Toss everything together so the potatoes are completely coated.
- Line a 13″x9″ baking sheet with parchment paper. Evenly spread the potatoes out on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 35-40 minutes or until golden brown, flipping halfway through.
- Remove from oven, garnish with chopped parsley or chives and serve.
