This awesome Pizza on the Grill is not your typically Hawaiian Pizza. It has Kalua Pork, fresh Pineapple, and a homemade Mango BBQ Sauce you will love.

- Mango BBQ Sauce
- Homemade Whole Wheat Pizza Dough
- Hawaiian Kalua Pork
- 1 cup of fresh pineapple, cubed
- 1/4 cup of red onion, diced
- 3 oz. of crumbled goat cheese
- 1 1/2 cup of shredded mozzarella
Instructions
- Make Mango BBQ Sauce
- Heat grill to medium heat.
- Flour a clean surface and roll out Homemade Whole Wheat Pizza Dough to desired size.
- Place dough on heated grill and grill for about 3-4 minutes. {until dough starts forming bubbles}
- Remove dough from grill and flip {so grilled side is facing up} on a large cutting board or plate.
- Start putting toppings on. First put on 3/4 cup to 1 cup of the Mango BBQ Sauce, spread evenly.
- Next, sprinkle a little shredded mozzarella cheese to hold everything together and 1 1/2 cup of Hawaiian Kalua Pork.
- Then add finely diced red onion and cubed fresh pineapple.
- Lastly, add crumbled goat cheese and shredded mozzarella.
- Transfer “loaded pizza” back to grill.
- Cover and grill for 6-7 minutes or until cheese is completely melted.
- Serve!
