Description
This hearty burger bowl recipe with your favorite toppings, sweet potato fries, and special burger sauce is an easy 25-minute dinner.

Burger Bowls:
- 6 burger patties (1/3 lb.)
- salt & pepper to season
- 6 slices of cheddar cheese (optional)
- 3 cups of shredded green leaf lettuce
- 2 cups cherry tomatoes, halves
- 3 avocados, sliced
- Spicy Pickles
- 3 cups sweet potato fries (cooked)
- 1 /2 cup red onion, sliced
Special Sauce:
- 1/4 cup mayo
- 1/3 cup ketchup
Instructions
- Season both sides of burger patties with salt and pepper.
- To a small bowl, add mayo and ketchup. Mix together and set aside.
- Heat a grill to medium high heat, approximately 350-400°F. Add burger patties directly to the grill. Cook for 3-4 minutes and flip. Cook another 3 minutes and if adding cheese, add it then, cook one more 1 minute and remove from grill.
- Assemble burger bowls: add a bed of 1/2 cup of lettuce, 1/2 cup of sweet potato fries, one burger patty, 1/3 cup of cherry tomatoes, 1/2 sliced avocado, and sliced red onion then drizzle with special sauce.
