- Homemade Whole Wheat Pizza Dough
- 2–3 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 tablespoon of garlic, minced
- 1 roasted red pepper, julienned
- 1 new york strip steak, cooked then thinly sliced
- 4–6oz. crumbled goat cheese
- 1 cup fresh arugula
- Balsamic Reduction for drizzle
Instructions
- Make your own homemade whole wheat pizza dough. {recipe here}
- Preheat oven to 350º.
- In the meantime, heat a grill pan to medium high heat.
- Season 1 new york strip steak with salt & pepper on both sides, grill each side for 3-4 minutes. Remove from heat and let sit.
- Roll out pizza dough on a floured surface to desired size. Move pizza to baking sheet.
- On dough, evenly spread out olive oil, minced garlic, roasted red pepper, and crumbled goat cheese.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes.
- Remove from oven and top with thinly sliced new york strip steak and 1 cup of fresh arugula.
