Description

Ingredients

  • Homemade Whole Wheat Pizza Dough
  • 23 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon of garlic, minced
  • 1 roasted red pepper, julienned
  • 1 new york strip steak, cooked then thinly sliced
  • 46oz. crumbled goat cheese
  • 1 cup fresh arugula
  • Balsamic Reduction for drizzle

Instructions

  1. Make your own homemade whole wheat pizza dough. {recipe here}
  2. Preheat oven to 350º.
  3. In the meantime, heat a grill pan to medium high heat.
  4. Season 1 new york strip steak with salt & pepper on both sides, grill each side for 3-4 minutes. Remove from heat and let sit.
  5. Roll out pizza dough on a floured surface to desired size. Move pizza to baking sheet.
  6. On dough, evenly spread out olive oil, minced garlic, roasted red pepper, and crumbled goat cheese.
  7. Bake for 10-12 minutes.
  8. Remove from oven and top with thinly sliced new york strip steak and 1 cup of fresh arugula.
  9. Top with a homemade balsamic reduction drizzle. {recipe here}
  10. Cut and serve!
