Description

These Honey Soy Oven Roasted Brussels Sprouts are out-of-this-world delicious! Crispy roasted brussel sprouts covered in a honey soy glaze that gives this dish an amazing sweet ‘n savory flavor!


Ingredients

Scale
  • 3 cups of halved brussels sprouts, stems trimmed
  • 3 tablespoons of soy sauce (or tamari if gluten free)
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons of honey
  • 1 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 2 garlic clove, minced
  • 1/4 teaspoon of red pepper flakes
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • sesame seeds for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
  2. To a small bowl add soy sauce, honey, olive oil, garlic, red pepper flakes and salt. Whisk to combine. set aside.
  3. In a large bowl add prepared brussels sprouts and pour honey soy mixture on top. Stir to coat all brussels sprouts.
  4. Spread out brussels sprouts on a baking sheet in a single layer.
  5. Bake for 20-30 minutes, until they reach your desired crispiness.
  6. Garnish with sesame seeds and serve.
