These Honey Soy Oven Roasted Brussels Sprouts are out-of-this-world delicious! Crispy roasted brussel sprouts covered in a honey soy glaze that gives this dish an amazing sweet ‘n savory flavor!
Ingredients

- 3 cups of halved brussels sprouts, stems trimmed
- 3 tablespoons of soy sauce (or tamari if gluten free)
- 1 1/2 tablespoons of honey
- 1 tablespoons of olive oil
- 2 garlic clove, minced
- 1/4 teaspoon of red pepper flakes
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- sesame seeds for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F.
- To a small bowl add soy sauce, honey, olive oil, garlic, red pepper flakes and salt. Whisk to combine. set aside.
- In a large bowl add prepared brussels sprouts and pour honey soy mixture on top. Stir to coat all brussels sprouts.
- Spread out brussels sprouts on a baking sheet in a single layer.
- Bake for 20-30 minutes, until they reach your desired crispiness.
- Garnish with sesame seeds and serve.
