Description
This simple 20-minute recipe shows you how to grill the most succulent, mouthwatering chicken of all time! It features a classic garlic-lime spice rub that gives the meat amazing flavor, but you can season your Grilled Chicken Breast however you’d like.

- 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon of ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon of smoked paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon of ground coriander
- 1/2 teaspoon of sea salt
- 1/4 teaspoon of ground black pepper
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 2 tablespoons of lime juice
Instructions
- Prepare grill: Preheat grill to medium-high heat, approximately 350-375°F.
- Make spice rub: In a small bowl, mix garlic powder, cumin, coriander, smoked paprika, sea salt, pepper, olive oil and lime juice. Mix until combined.
- Prep chicken: Add chicken to a large bowl, rub mixture over both sides of the chicken breast and let sit for 5-10 minutes.
- Grill: Place chicken on clean grill grates and grill each side for 4-6 minutes depending on thickness. Remove chicken when internal temperature reaches 165°F.
- Let rest & serve:Â Let your chicken rest for 5 minutes, then serve!
Notes
- To Store: Keep cooled chicken in a shallow airtight container and refrigerate for up to 4 days.Â
- To Reheat: Wrap each breast in aluminum foil along with a couple tablespoons of water or chicken broth, then bake at 250°F until internal temperature reaches 165°F. Let rest again before slicing.
- To Freeze: Wrap cooled chicken tightly in freezer paper, plastic wrap or heavy-duty foil. Freeze wrapped chicken in a sturdy storage bag for up to 4 months, thawing in the fridge before reheating.
