Description
This simple recipe adds a sweet maple twist to a classic bourbon mixed drink. Make your weekend happy hours even more joyful with this easy Maple Old Fashioned cocktail!

- 1/4 oz. maple syrup
- 2 oz. favorite bourbon whiskey
- 4–5 dashes of angostura orange bitters
- garnish: orange peel & old fashion cocktail cherry
Instructions
- Add a large ice cube (this is the ice mold we use), a fresh orange peel and cocktail cherry to a tumbler glass. Set aside.
- To a cocktail shaker add maple syrup, bourbon and Angostura orange bitters. Add a few ice cubes and stir quickly 23 times with a spoon.
- Strain cocktail and pour into tumbler. Serve.
