Description

This refreshing peach sangria with blueberries, peach Schnapps, and mint is the fruity cocktail you’ll be sipping on all summer.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 bottle of your favorite white wine (sauvignon blanc or pinot grigio)
  • 1/2 cup peach schnapps
  • 1 large peach, thinly sliced
  • 1/3 cup fresh blueberries
  • 57 sprigs of mint
  • 12 tablespoons agave nectar.
  • optional: sparkling water

Instructions

  1. Add peach schnapps, peaches, blueberries, mint, agave and white wine to a large pitcher.
  2. Stir and let sit for at least 1 hour in the refrigerator. But for best results, let sit for 4 hours.
  3. When ready to serve, (optional) top with sparkling water. Serve over ice with fruit from the sangria. Add fresh mint.
