These naturally-sweetened protein muffins with peanut butter and chocolate chips have 13 grams of protein in every muffin!Â
Ingredients

- 1/2 cup vanilla protein powder
- 1 cup 1:1 gluten free flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup applesauce
- 1/3 cup mini chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Line a muffin baking tin with cupcake liners.
- To a large bowl, add all the wet ingredients. Mix together.
- Once wet ingredients are completely combined and smooth, add in protein powder, flour, baking powder, cinnamon and salt. Using a spatula mix everything together until well combined.
- Fold in the mini chocolate chips.
- Fill each muffin tin 3/4 of the way full.
- Bake for 13-15 minutes, or until muffins pass the toothpick test.
