- 1 cup coconut rum (I love the brand RumHaven)
- 1/2 cup white rum
- 3 cups pineapple juice
- 1/4 cup lime juice
- 1/3 cup orange juice
- 7.5 oz ginger ale
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a pitcher. Stir.
- Serve over ice.
- Garnish with pineapple, lime or orange slices and fresh mint.
Notes
- Makes 6-8 drinks.
- To Make Ahead: Leave out ginger ale and stir in just before serving. Combine all other cocktail ingredients and refrigerate mixture in an airtight container for up to 2 days.
