Ok, so I know that you have seen alot of Crostini and Bruschetta recipes lately. But every good blogger needs to have one recipe that they can adapt and change up to make something new. For alot of bloggers it it the ever so popular Poke Cake, although lately I have seen alot of “Muddy Buddies” recipes too.  Well, mine is the Crostini!

If you follow me on Facebook, you would know that the other day I was asking to see what kind of recipes my lovely followers wanted to see more of or needed as we head into the holiday season. I had some great feedback, which I really appreciate. I mean I am here to share my thoughts, life, photos, and recipes with you. But I also want to help a brother or sister out and get some stuff you actually NEED! 🙂 Anywho, one of the comments was appetizers for the holiday season.

SO…. Here you have it. A Prosciutto Fig & Goat Cheese Crostini. There is crunch from the toasted bread, sweet from the fig jam, salty from the prosciutto, and creamy from the goat cheese.

This is a perfect holiday appetizer, it definitely shouts “i’m classy”. {but nobody has to know how easy it is}  I’m totally making this for a New Years party to eat along side a glass of Champagne to ring in the new year! 🙂

How to Make This Tasty Crostini

Next, top with a dollop of fig jam and finish with a small piece of prosciutto. {I used a 3oz. container of thinly sliced prosciutto and just tore it apart as I went} Serve!
