Ingredients

- 2 cups regular oats
- 1/2 cup ground flax seed
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
- 1 tablespoon chia seed
- 2 teaspoon pumpkin spice mix
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
Instructions
- Add oats, ground flax seed, honey, pumpkin puree, chia seeds, pumpkin spice mix, and vanilla extract to a food processor. Pulse until everything is combined. About 5-7 times.
- Pour mixture into a large bowl, add chocolate chips and knead to combine.
- Form into small 1″ balls and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Cover and place in refrigerator for 2 hours.
- Serve!
