Description

Detox Lemon Cucumber Water is a quick and easy way to infuse your everyday water with flavor. It’s also great for healthy skin, weight loss and inflammation. It’s the perfect way to increase your water intake. 


Ingredients

  • 1/2 english cucumber, thinly sliced
  • 1 lemon, thinly sliced
  • 68 sprigs of mint
  • 2 quarts of water

Instructions

  1. To a large pitcher add thinly sliced cucumber, lemon and mint sprigs. Top with water. Let sit for at least 30 minutes to let all the flavors meld together.
  2. Pour over ice and serve.
