- 2 bushels of asparagus
- 3 Tablespoons of olive
- salt & pepper {to taste}
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400º.
- Wash asparagus and trim off the bottom 2 inches of each stalk.
- Place on a baking sheet, drizzle with olive oil, salt, & pepper.
- Roast in oven for 20 minutes.
- Remove and let cool for 5 minutes.
