- 1/2 lemon, peel and seeds removed
- 1/2 cup frozen pineapple chunks
- 1/2 banana (fresh or frozen)
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 3/4 cup unsweetened almond milk or water
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to blender. Blend until smooth and apple are completely pureed.
