This quick and easy Vanilla Chia Strawberry Jam recipe is naturally sweetened with honey. You’ll want to slather this jam on everything, plus it’s a perfect recipe for strawberry season! (no pectin)

- 4 cups sliced fresh strawberries
- 1/2 cup water
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons of chia seed
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 2 teaspoons vanilla paste
- pinch of salt
Instructions
- Add strawberries, water, honey, chia seeds, lemon juice, vanilla paste, and a pinch of salt to a small saucepan. Stir.
- Turn heat on to medium. Bring mixture to a boil.
- Reduce heat to simmer and stir on occasion for 15-20 minutes.The strawberries will deflate and the sauce will thicken.
- Remove the jam from heat. Place in an air tight container in the refrigerator for storage.
