Roast the tomatoes
Preheat the oven and place the tomatoes on a baking sheet. Drizzle them with olive oil and sprinkle them with salt. Bake until they start to burst.
Assemble the pizzas
Reduce the heat. Place the flatbreads on the baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with garlic. Top each pizza with half of the cheese. Add roasted tomatoes on top.
Pop the pizzas into the oven for 10 minutes, or until melty. Sprinkle with basil and drizzle with balsamic reduction. Serve and enjoy!
