Mix the dry ingredients

Preheat the oven and grease the loaf pan. Mix all the dry ingredients together in a bowl. 

Mix the wet ingredients

Combine all the wet ingredients in a bowl. Don’t add too much air into the mixture.

Combine and Fill

Gently fold the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just-combined. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan. 

Bake and Serve!

Pop it into the oven for 45-50 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Remove it from the oven and let it cool for 10-15 minutes. Remove it from the pan. Slice, serve, and enjoy!
