To a skillet, add avocado oil, ginger, and green onions. Saute until fragrant, stirring constantly. Add in garlic and saute for 30 seconds.
Next, add in ground turkey. Saute, breaking the meat up, until the turkey is cooked.

Push the turkey to side. Add sesame oil, carrots, & cabbage. Saute for 1-2 minute. Then stir veggies until all are combined. Cook until cabbage is tender.

Add in tamari sauce, sriracha, and rice wine vinegar. Stir everything together, season with salt and pepper.

Garnish with sesame seeds and more green onion.
