This make-ahead casserole is crazy simple! You prep it the day before and refrigerate it overnight. On Christmas morning, you simply bake and serve!

1. Cut Bread
Cut 1 family size loaf gluten-free bread into 1″ cubes.

2. Add to Dish
Grease a 13×9 pan with cooking spray. Add bread cubesto baking dish.

3. Make Custard
To a large bowl add, eggs, eggnog, maple syrup, vanilla, cinnamon, cardamon, nutmeg, ginger, clove and salt. Whisk until everything is smooth and combined.

4. Cover Cubes
Pour the egg mixture over the cubed bread. Using your hands, gently press bread down so the custard covers each piece of bread.

5. Cover
Wrap with tin foil and place in the refrigerator overnight.

6. Prep for Baking
Remove from refrigerator. Preheat oven to 350°F. Sprinkle sliced almonds on top of the eggnog french toast casserole. Cover with foil.

7. Bake
Bake covered for 35 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes. Until slightly browned on top.
